Alignable Statement on Job Scammers

At Alignable, we've become aware of troubling incidents where individuals have been misusing reputable company names, including ours, to perpetrate fraudulent job scams. We want to address this issue head-on and assure our community that such behavior is entirely unacceptable to us.

We want to make it unequivocally clear: Alignable does not, and will never, ask job applicants for personal information or conduct interviews until the offer stage. We strongly advise against sharing any sensitive details over the phone or email during the initial stages of the application process. These fraudulent schemes often include requests for financial information or "advances." Please be aware that Alignable does not require any form of financial commitment at any stage of our recruitment process.

If you've applied for a position with Alignable and are contacted by one of our representatives, rest assured that all communication will come from an official Alignable email address. We do not solicit personal information through alternative channels such as Telegram or social media platforms during interviews or onboarding.

In response to these fraudulent activities, we've taken immediate action to report and address any false job postings associated with Alignable. We also strongly encourage you to report any potential scams to your state attorney general's office and to notify the relevant recruiting websites or social media platforms.

At Alignable, we take the integrity of our recruitment process very seriously. We want to extend our sincerest apologies to anyone who may have been affected by these deceitful practices. Your trust is paramount to us, and we remain committed to providing a safe and transparent recruitment experience for all.

Please know that we stand with you in this, and if you have any concerns or questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us. Together, we can work to combat these scams and protect our community.

Alignable assumes no liability for fraudulent offers and encourages job seekers to exercise caution and follow the provided guidelines.
